What forms of payment do you accept?
-We have PayPal which accepts all major debit and credit cards. We can't accept gift cards.
Can I pay when the shopper gets to my door?
-Unfortunately no, GateWay doesn't use card swiping technologies at this time. A receipt with easy steps for payment will be sent to you after our GateWay Confirmation Email and Text are sent.
Is there a refund policy if I am unhappy with the service or experience?
-Yes, there is a 7 day refund window for our clients.
Do I need to be home during the window the shopper is expected to arrive? If I'm not, what will happen?
-Yes! Please do not schedule or order with GateWay if you don't think you will be home during the time of delivery. With perishable items and hot/cold items, this is a delicate process. Payments are confirmation that you'll be home and authorization that we are covered if you aren't and the order has to be abandoned.
What if an item is missing from my order?
-We will handle your concern with the utmost respect and delicacy. We have a Dispute Review that is submitted by you and within 24 hours approved by us.
What if the Guard takes longer than one hour?
-Your delivery is absolutely free.
